🌿 Exciting News from Simplified Mind: A New Chapter in Counselling!

I am absolutely thrilled to share a major milestone with you all. I am now officially a fully accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS)! 🎉This accreditation reflects a deep commitment to providing safe, professional, and high-quality psychological support. As I transition into offering dedicated counselling services alongside our existing therapies, there is a lot of exciting work happening behind the scenes to prepare for our official launch.

What is Coming Next?

  • September 2026 Launch: Over the summer, I will be carefully setting up the counselling branch of the practice. I am planning to officially open the calendar and accept our very first client bookings this coming September.
  • A Complete Website Redesign: To match this new chapter, simplifiedmind.co.uk will be undergoing a drastic transformation. The new site will be beautifully streamlined, faster, and much easier to navigate. I am hoping that the initial version will be live in the first week August.
  • Exclusive Client Features: We are building a secure, private digital portal. Over time this will be an area to introduce exclusive, amazing tools for active clients to enhance their therapeutic journey outside of our sessions.
  • Free Resources for Everyone: The updated website will also host an expanded library of mental health insights, self-care guides, and valuable therapeutic information open to the public.

It's important to note that while hypnotherapy can be a helpful tool, it's not a magical cure and should be approached with a realistic mindset.

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis to help people address various mental and physical issues. It involves entering a state of focused concentration and relaxation, often described as a trance. One of our trained hypnotherapists guides individuals into this state, where they become more open to suggestions aimed at changing behaviors, thoughts, or emotions. Hypnotherapy can be used for a range of concerns, including but not limited to, anxiety, phobias, pain management, habit modification, and improving self-esteem.

You’re fully in control when under hypnosis and do not have to take on any suggestions if you do not want to.

If necessary, you can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state.

The experience of hypnosis can change each time. You may not remember anything said to you while under hypnosis or you might remember everything; everyone experiences it differently and it varies based on your state of mind at the time of hypnotherapy.

Hypnosis does not work if you do not want to be hypnotised.
