At the thirty-minute mark, your therapist will pause the session to check in with you about proceeding. At this juncture, you'll have the opportunity to consent to continue at the pre-established rate by signing. If you decide not to go further, your therapist will respectfully conclude the session at this point.
Ensuring your comfort and sense of autonomy is paramount to us. We prefer you conclude the session if there's any hesitation, giving yourself the space to ponder further sessions. Should any discomfort arise, we encourage open communication with your therapist.
Plan pricing Terms and Conditions
Our hypnotherapy plans are subject to the terms and conditions below.
A) In the event a client decides to terminate their plan early, each session they have already attended will be recalculated at the standard session cost of £60.
Example:
1) A client purchases the 4 session bundle.
2) After attending 2 sessions, the client opts to cancel.
3) By canceling, the client forfeits the discounted rate for all sessions, including those already attended and any future sessions.
4) The client will receive a refund for the 4 session bundle, minus the cost of the 2 sessions recalculated at the full session rate.
5) If an outstanding balance remains following the recalculations, we will issue an invoice to the client for this remaining amount.
Charging
In an effort to enhance our service quality and ensure a seamless experience for all our valued clients, we've found it necessary to implement a modification to our billing procedures. We understand that change can be surprising, but we believe this new policy will facilitate a smoother, more efficient scheduling system for everyone involved.
We are introducing a policy requiring a deposit to be paid before all sessions. The deposit must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time. This adjustment is designed to improve operational efficiency and help us manage our resources more effectively, ensuring that we can continue to offer the high standard of service that our clients expect and deserve.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we transition to this new payment policy. Our goal is always to provide exceptional service, and we are confident that this change will help us better achieve that objective. Cancellation & Refund Policy
1) We require at least a 24-hour heads-up for any changes or cancellations to your appointment.
2) Should you need to cancel or reschedule outside of our business hours (9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday), please note that we will hold onto any deposit paid. This applies, for example, if you notify us over the weekend about a Monday appointment.
3) A notice given with less than 24 hours to go before your appointment will also result in a retention of any deposit paid.
4) Missing your appointment without any prior notice will also lead to a retention of the deposit.
5) Should you choose to conclude your initial session after the complimentary consutation, rest assured, your booking fee will be fully refunded through the original payment method.

Online Session requirements
To ensure a seamless online session experience, kindly review our essential criteria for participation.
1) Clients must ensure they are in a solitary setting, within a tranquil space, free from interruptions.
2) To ensure your eligibility for our online sessions, wearing headphones or earbuds is mandatory. We apologise, but without this, we are unable to proceed with the session.
3) The client must remain fully engaged and present throughout the session.
4) Recoding sessions is strictly prohibited to safeguard confidentiality and protect personal data.
